Return / Cancellation Policy / Make-ups

We reserve the right to cancel a class or workshop if the minimum enrollment is not reached.

Full tuition will be returned if class or workshop is not conducted.

Cancellations at least two weeks prior to the start of a class, workshop or event are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations less than 1 week prior to the start of class are eligible for 50% credit only.

Cancellations received within 24 hours of the start of class are NOT eligible for a refund.

No refunds or credit will be given for “Workshop No Shows” or last minute cancellations (within 24hrs of start). No exceptions will be made.

Event deposits will be retained when the registrant withdraws less than 2 weeks prior to the event.

Make-ups: For extenuating circumstances only. Students may request to attend an alternative class in the same session. Please inform the management as soon as possible if you know you will be missing a class. As our classes are often full, we can NOT guarantee wheel or work space to students making-up. Students registered for the class will have priority on the equipment and workspace during their scheduled class time. In order to maintain consistency for our students and staff, make-ups are limited to one per session.

Special circumstances will be considered, but please let us know as soon as possible if you must cancel or postpone your enrollment.
