Learn about clay in a pottery course.
We offer instruction on multiple techniques: pinching, coiling, hand-building, sculpting, throwing on the potter’s wheel and glazing. Students use their imagination to turn ideas into 3D clay projects. Our students get messy, have fun, and hone their craft! Beginning and advanced students enhance their skills and flourish. Adult pottery classes for pottery on the wheel, hand-building, and glazing are offered on a regular basis for a wide range of skill levels. Sessions range from 6 -8 weeks long and meet weekly.
Our after school enrichment program offers small class sizes and individual attention. It is our goal to inspire the imagination with weekly demonstrations. We encourage students to express their creative ideas with learned skills, while developing their own unique style.
